Have you spend time wishing your site looked better in search or drove more traffic to your site?
The 20% that Makes 80% of the Difference
Most SEO firms want to get you on retainers and work on your SEO over the long-term. While there is some truth to the fact that SEO takes time to make work, not all businesses are designed to profit from a long-term SEO strategy.
Every business can benefit from setting a powerful SEO foundation. Here’s how…
#1: Look Good In Search
Do you know the searches that drive the most traffic to your site? For most businesses it’s a search for your firm.
When these searches take place, it would be a shame not to start building trust right away!
This is the most overlooked aspect of search. If someone searches for your firm, what do they see? Does your business start building trust immediately? Do your results look shaky? Try it. Let me know.
Here’s what fantastic results look like:

#2: Show Up When People Search For Your Services
We call this category specific search.
This is what most people think of when they hear “SEO”. Where does my business rank in Google.
Example: “CPA Near Me”
For local professionals, Google (and other search engines) know that location is a huge factor in returning relevant businesses. If you type in, “CPA” to Google, you automatically get back search results that are based on the location that you’re searching from.
Example of Local Search Results
Notice Google My Business listings showing up above all website listings. Very important to note this. Ideally, your website and your Google My Business listing would both be in the top spot.

In order to succeed here, we need to optimize your business for local searches.
There are two parts of this.
- Ranking your website
- Ranking your Google My Business listing
At a minimum, every business should have their site and their Google My Business listings optimizes to show up when someone searches for what it is that you do.
Getting Started With Your SEO
It doesn’t always make sense to invest in monthly recurring SEO services. For this reason, I’ve developed a program that takes care of the items that will make the biggest impact for you in a one-time package.
It’s a one-time package. We complete 20% of the actions that deliver 80% of the benefits.
Our full process takes about 2 weeks to execute. We usually see an initial spike in search rankings. Then, traffic and rankings continue to improve over several months (2-6 months). Results are dependent on how competitive your location is and how much SEO work you’ve already done.
It’s not uncommon to see businesses ranking outside the top 100 spots rise to the top. This can take a few months, but with the right items in place, we see this all the time.
